Interactive Virtual Guest Session on Organizational Culture and Customer Centricity
An interactive virtual guest session on “Organizational Culture and Customer Centricity” was conducted by Mr. Sushil Bohra, Vice President, Cluster Head, Retail Branch Banking, HDFC for MBA First Year students on 17/01/2022. The students enthusiastically attended and participated to understand the prerequisite for long term employee-customer relationship within banking sector. The overall session was very informative.
