We at SLIBM organize workshops, guest lectures, industrial visits and expert sessions to help students build their professional network and interact on a one to one basis.

Induction Program
An induction program at our college typically serves to welcome and orient new students to the college environment and culture. Our goal of an induction program is to help students feel comfortable and supported as they begin their college journey. There are some ice-breaking sessions with faculties to build rapport, and interaction with some alumni among other activities which facilitates a positive environment for the new students.

Industry exposure provides an opportunity for students to gain practical experience and firsthand knowledge about the functions and operations of various industries and plants via Industry visits, Summer Internship projects, multidisciplinary action report, comprehensive and Live Projects.
