Som Lalit Institute of Business Management organized a Panel Discussion on Entrepreneurship on April 24th, 2023 in the Campus. The Eminent entrepreneurs from the industry were invited as panelists. Ms Payal Pathak & Mr Soham Pathak (Simply Salad), Mr Vishal Bhatt (POCI) and Mr Ankit Kumar (Pin Open) graced the dice with full of enthusiasm and positivity. They discussed about the inspiration to start their businesses and challenges which they faced initially. There was a healthy discussion on business idea identification and validation before launching the business. They guided towards the most important traits of entrepreneurs and how to develop them to become a successful entrepreneur. There was a great discussion on innovation and creativity which make an entrepreneur stay ahead of the competition. At the end they motivated the budding entrepreneurs that business is grown like a baby with full attention and care.
