An Interactive Session for Women Leaders of Denave.Com, New Delhi
Dr. Neha Patel conducted an interactive session on (Women) Leadership for the managers of Denave.com who are on their journey of becoming future leaders on November 18, 2023 in New Delhi.
The purpose of this training was to guide the participants to have an outwardly-in approach to move alongside the industry, and trends & have a far-sighted vision. The participants understood that staying with a myopic vision can get work done by sub-ordinates today but to lead businesses & functions, one needs to have a futuristic approach & be future-ready keeping in the diverse, dynamic & AI-driven workforce to join.
