On 15th September 2025, Som-Lalit Institute of Management Studies organised an expert session on People Management for our first-year MBA students.
The session was led by Mr. Tanmay Thaker, Associate Partner at Jobstation and a proud alumnus of our institute. His insights, experiences, and practical approach to managing people in dynamic workplaces made it an incredibly valuable session for our budding managers.
