MBA First Semester Students of Batch 2021-23 worked on live project and addressed various social and environmental issues prevailing in the society. Students participated in this project as a part of group activity in Organizational Behaviour Course. Few of the activities taken up were Covid-19 Awareness, Convincing people to wear mask, Food Packet distributions, Feeding Street dogs, Tree plantation, Literacy to under privileged kids, Grocery distribution, Visited Gaushalas/Goshalas, Performing skits to promote girl education, blood donation camps, Visit to Blind Peoples Association, Visit to old age homes, Distribution of clothes and blankets to needy people, Spreading the awareness about menstruation, Feeding birds, Distribution of stationary, Medical camps, Career Counseling, Feeding Cattle and many more.
They volunteered by joining hands with NGOs like Unify and Unity Foundation, Ashray, Swa Sarjan Foundation, Shivalaya Group Of NGO, Blind Peoples Association, My Swabhimaan, Sriram Foundation Vrudhashram, Robin Hood Army, ELIXIR, Tofani Kano Mitra Mandal. Such learning and engagement develop humanitarian values in the students and leads to their moral development. This synergy of managerial skills and social sensitivity prepares the students to be ready so as to contribute to the society.
