Our Second-Year MBA students from Som-Lalit Institute of Management Studies (SLIMS) participated in the *Climate Catalyst Summit 3.0 – State Edition (Ahmedabad Zone), held on *12 August 2026.
Jointly organized by Paryavaran Mitra, Gujarat Pollution Control Board (GPCB), and L. D. College of Engineering, the summit provided students with a platform to engage with pressing environmental challenges and contribute ideas for a more sustainable future.
The summit focused on the theme “Curbing Reimagining Gujarat’s Climate Future: Youth, Policy and Action”, encouraging young participants to explore areas such as circular economy, clean energy and low-carbon growth, climate justice, community resilience, technology, and youth leadership.
Through their participation, our students had the opportunity to move beyond classroom learning, think critically about real-world environmental issues, and understand the important role that youth can play in climate action and sustainable development.
We are proud to see our students stepping forward as responsible future managers and contributing to conversations that can shape a greener and more resilient tomorrow. 🌍💚
