Expert Session on “The Journey of a Changemaker: Stories of Resilience and Leadership in Creating Impact”
SomLalit Institute of Management Studies organised an inspiring Expert Session on “The Journey of a Changemaker: Stories of Resilience and Leadership in Creating Impact” for its MBA Semester 1 students on 26th October 2026.
The session was led by Ms. Sheetal Sharma, a Catalyst in Social Impact, who shared valuable insights and perspectives on the power of resilience, leadership and creating meaningful change in society.
Adding an experiential learning dimension to the session, our MBA Semester 1 students enthusiastically participated in role plays on various topics from the subject Essentials of Organisational Behaviour. The students showcased their understanding of organisational behaviour concepts through creative performances, practical situations and engaging enactments.
The performances were evaluated by the expert, and the outstanding participants were recognised with First and Second Prizes for their performances.
The session provided an excellent platform for students to connect theoretical concepts with real-life situations while developing their communication, teamwork, confidence and leadership skills.
