Som Lalit Institute of Management Studies organized an Industrial Visit to Amul’s Ahmedabad Plant on 1st March 2025 for MBA students. This visit provided an excellent opportunity to gain valuable insights into Manufacturing Processes, Quality Control, Material Handling, and Supply Chain Management at one of India’s most renowned dairy cooperatives.
Students thoroughly enjoyed the experience and witnessed firsthand how Amul maintains its high standards of production and efficiency. The visit helped bridge the gap between classroom learning and industry practices, making it a truly enriching and insightful experience.
