An interactive virtual session on “Future of Mutual Funds in India” conducted by Mr. Ritesh Shah, Branch Head, SBI Mutual Funds for MBA Semester 2 students on 2nd July, 2021. The session was for 1.1/2 hours along with question answer round. Around 128 students participated in the event. The following topics were discussed during the session:
- Mutual fund meaning and history
- Growth of mutual funds in India
- Importance of financial planning
- Qualification and Role of fund managers
- Future prospects and opportunities
The overall session was very informative and interactive.
