Institute was continuously interacting with students and making efforts to invite companies. Management was very active in calling companies and making students to get placed. Their efforts were much satisfied and appreciable. According to me the only way to work effectively is to work with great zeal, by cooperating with team, full energy and dedication. So, I am applying these things while working with the company I got placed with.
