Learning experience in Som-Lalit was beneficial to me, asI was looking forward to learningthe practical application of theoretical aspects. Som-Lalit helped me with the same and to understand different concepts and its applicability in different situations. Faculties and different seminars helped me to understand dynamics of different sectors and companies and to enhance skills and dimensions needed to deliver my best. To work effectively in the organization, I would ensure that I would use my capabilities and skills according to the vision for the growth of the corporate.
