Som Lalit, the leading management institute of Gujarat has always focussed on delivering excellence in education year on year sinceits inception more than two decades ago. Since early days, Som Lalit has always concentrated on outcome based education for its students leading to their holistic growth as well as flourishing careers.

Globalization as well as the pandemic has redefined management education globally. From the traditional textbook oriented approach, management education has incorporated innovative practices to broaden the horizons of the students and make them industry ready. We as the pioneer educational institute have adopted contemporary ideas and launched new processes periodically for the benefit of our students. We have inculcated the philosophy of modernization with not just technological adaptation but with revision of teaching methods and curriculum enhancements to cater to the student as well as the industry needs.

The advisory committee works very closely with the faculties to ensure that industry needs are integrated within the management program. This has resulted in a strong relationship between faculties and industries via consultancy, training and MOUs. The vigorous two year management program apart from academics includes corporate seminars, industry expert talks, skill development workshops, Industrial and corporate visits and real life projects as well as social outreach programs for our students. This focus on holistic development ensures intellectual, mental, physical, emotional and social growth of every student to gear them to face the challenges of the dynamic world. With the strength of more than 3500 alumnus of SLIMS/SLIBM who are  pursuing their dream careers in geographies across the globe in diverse industries and sectors, we present our 24th batch that are ready to take their first step in the corporate world.
