My learning experience at Som-Lalit was amazing. The faculties at the Institute have always been friendly and readily help and support us whenever required. I was an introvert initially, but these two years in Som-Lalit Institute has groomed me as a person and supported me to get comfortable with public speaking. Due to which I could perform well in my interviews also. Thanks to my Faculties who supported me and prepared me to get placed with a good company.

During my 2-years in Som-Lalit Institute, I had numerous experiences which “stand out” in my mind as meaningful. Learning experience at Som-Lalit Institute was good. I was able to figure out my weaknesses in aptitude, group discussion & personal interview. Special thanks to all the faculties who put their efforts in making us understand the concepts so wonderfully. Faculties are excellent, they focus more on how to make student capable enough to work in corporate world. The most important thing which one learns is how to handle your pressure even though you’re already burdened with so much of work. They train us on personal grooming, improving our soft skills, excel knowledge and, also involve us in coordinating the activities related to campus placement.

My learning experience in Som-Lalit was really good. Faculties provide practical knowledge by giving various projects, cases and by one to one discussion. The Institute helped us a lot in placement process and because of that I am placed in “ITC” which is one of the biggest companies of India.

SLIMS is really a good B-school for management studies. The faculties are experienced and excellent with their specific subjects. Each student is motivated and guided with required attention. Students get opportunity to participate in the annual events such as Spectrum & horizon. So, not only in curriculum, students get a chance to show their skills in these events too.

My learning experience in Som-Lalit Institute was very good. Faculties are very knowledgeable and experienced, which helped us to get the best out of them. Before joining Som-Lalit College, I was a reserved person. I didn’t have confidence to speak in public. My management studies of two years in the institute has changed me completely as a person. Various presentations, group projects, etc. have helped in building my self-confidence and have enhanced my communication skills. Prior to placement, we had mock GD and PI sessions in the Institute, which prepared us to perform confidently during the campus placement.

I am a PGDM student and my experience during these 2 years is very good. It has done great value addition to my knowledge development. Faculties are excellent. They focus more on how to make students capable enough to work in corporate world. Apart from theoretical aspects they also emphasize on giving students practical exposure of the field. The college provides us holistic training in improving communication skills, soft skills, advance Microsoft Excel training, special group discussion sessions, training for personal interview and arranging mock group discussion  personal interview. The most important thing is that advanced planning is there for training students for inviting company for campus placement.

The 2 years spent at SLIMS have prepared me to face the Corporate World. All the faculties have good experience in their respective field, which helped me to solve practical queries of my assignments and projects. The institute also prepared me for the interview process like aptitude test, GD and final interview, through various training and personality development sessions, that helped me to successfully clear the various round of interview confidently. I am happy to be placed with ITC.

Thanks to my institute, for providing with an excellent academic atmosphere. Faculty members were very co-operative.
